Ordering and Payment

Can I change or cancel my order?

Order cancellation or order changes may be done only if a cancellation request is received prior to shipment. Typically shipment occurs within 1 to 2 business days. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. Please include your order number in your email.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is calculated during checkout after you enter your shipping address; you will be able to review the shipping charges before placing your order. We ship by only by USPS per USPS guidelines. First Class, Priority Mail, and Priority Express Mail.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping lengths typically average from 7 to 14 days. It depends on the destination and the type of order.


Tracking Orders

When will my order be shipped?

Your items will be processed and shipped within three to four business days of the order date.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link.

Please use the tracking number and link provided in the confirmation email you received.


Returns

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return the item(s) within 14 days for a full refund of your original purchase price.

You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way in the same condition as it was received in the original packaging.

Items received as gifts are not eligible for refund. Credit will go back to the original purchase source.

When will my purchase be refunded?

Once we receive your package and confirm that it is in the original, undamaged condition, we will refund you within seven business days. We will email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

What if my purchase is defective or damaged?

We carefully fulfill all orders to ensure that no defective or damaged item is shipped to you. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
